These candied walnuts are one of my favorite treats to make my salads very special. In addition, nuts are very good for you. Yes, they add more fat and calories to salads, but they're packed with heart-healthy fats and tons of nutrients (thiamine, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, and vitamin E).
